- When you purchase services from our company, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
- When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
- Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our services and other updates. With your permission we may also take pictures of our work and post them on our website. If you wish to opt out of any actions mentioned above please contact our company via contact information on our website.
- SECTION 2 - CONSENT
- How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
- Installation consent: Our installers will present you with documents describing your installation and the purchase of services offered. By signing those documents you provide consent to installation services. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
- How do I withdraw my consent? - We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
- SECTION 4 – Quality Work Company Inc.
- Quality Work Company Inc. provides hard surface floor covering installation services to customers. Customer consent is required before and after services are provided. We offer free estimates with no purchase obligation, and free product delivery after purchase of services. We offer installation for any hard surface flooring product purchased at any store located in Minnesota. Upon request installers may provide suggestions to assist with product purchase. Customers are not obligated to purchase products suggested by installers. Quality Work Company Inc. is not responsible for product defects.
- Warranty: Quality Work Company offers a 1 year limited warranty for all installation related issues, and a 2 year limited warranty for repairs. Quality Work Company does not provide a warranty for factory defected materials, or materials purchased from a third party store. Customers are encouraged to inspect installation for damage and defects upon completion. Warranty offered by Quality Work Company Inc. does not include coverage for floor covering damage acquired after installation completion.
- Payment: Quality Work Company Inc. accepts check and credit card payments for services offered. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. According to the Minnesota statute 514.011 (a) Every person who contributes to the improvement of real property so as to be entitled to a lien pursuant to section 514.01, except a party under direct contract with the owner must, as a necessary prerequisite to the validity of any claim or lien, cause to be given to the owner or the owner's authorized agent, either by personal delivery or by certified mail, not later than 45 days after the lien claimant has first furnished labor, skill or materials for the improvement, a written notice in at least 10-point bold type, if printed, or in capital letters, if typewritten, which shall state: "This notice is to advise you of your rights under Minnesota law in connection with the improvement to your property. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions.” After a payment in full from customers for services provided is received by Quality Work Company Inc. lean claims will be released.
- SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
